Processing Times

Premade items ship within 1 to 1.5 weeks after purchase.

Pre order items require 6 to 8 weeks for production and processing before shipment. These timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.


Duties, Taxes, and Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

Our shipping method typically covers duties; however, in some cases fees may still be charged by the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by customs or local authorities, and we do not reimburse these costs.


Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We are not liable for reimbursement in these cases. Any resolution offered is strictly a courtesy.

We are also not liable for reimbursement if the address was inputed incorrectly (e.g wrong zip code, incorrect house number). Any resolution offered is strictly a courtesy.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We are not liable for any lost packages, damaged shipments, delivery delays, customs issues, or additional fees incurred during shipping.
