Return and Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Returns are only eligible if your product is defective, incorrect, or arrives damaged. Items that have been worn, used, washed, or tampered with are not eligible.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided unless required by law. If the returned item is not sold out at the time of return, we are not obligated to issue a refund to the original payment method.

If the product is sold out we are not obligated to give a refund to the original payment method if the customer was issued store credit.

International orders are not eligible for returns or store credit.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. These issues are caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, you must first contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. If the carrier does not provide a resolution, we may offer store credit or a partial refund as a courtesy. Resolutions in these situations are not guaranteed and are not required.

Any credits or refunds issued in these cases are strictly a courtesy.


Chargebacks

If a customer files a chargeback without first contacting us and following our resolution process, they become ineligible for any store credit or refund and may be permanently restricted from purchasing from our site.


Return Window

We offer a 10 day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn and unused
• Item must have original tags attached
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

You must ship your return within eight business days after approval to remain eligible for store credit.


Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved using your store credit.


Store Credit Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your store credit is approved or rejected.

If approved, your store credit will be issued within 10 business days and can be used toward any future purchase.
